SHOTS FOUNDATION COMMUNITY AWARENESS WEEK: Walking Football

We’ve reached the final day of our Shots Foundation Community Awareness Week!

Our final spotlight is shining on walking football which has become very popular in recent years amongst the older generations as a method of staying active and fit.

Anyone over the age of 50 is able to join (with doctor’s permission) and sessions are held 4 times-a-week:

  • Monday nights at Tomlinscote School (8pm-9pm)
  • Thursday nights at Samuel Cody School (8pm-9pm)
  • Tuesday and Friday mornings at Frimley Lodge Park (10am-11am).
