Voluntary Matchday Vacancies:
Turnstile Operators: Approx two hours for each home fixture, until 15 minutes after kick-off. Email [email protected] if interested.
Matchday Shop Assistants
Hours: 1:00PM – 3:00PM on Saturday home fixtures; 6:30PM – 7:45PM on midweek home games
Responsible for assisting with the operation of the new Matchday Club Shop at the stadium. Duties include welcoming supporters, processing merchandise sales, restocking items, and maintaining a clean and organised retail space. Provides excellent customer service while helping fans purchase club products and souvenirs, contributing to a positive matchday experience.
Parking Attendants
Hours: 12:00PM – 1:30PM on Saturday home fixtures; 6:00PM – 7:00PM on midweek home games
Responsible for managing vehicle access to the stadium car park, directing traffic safely and efficiently, and assisting staff, players, and VIPs with parking on matchdays. Ensures a smooth flow of vehicles and maintains a safe environment for pedestrians.
Matchday Pitch Assistants
Hours: 1:00PM – 5:30PM on Saturday home fixtures; 6:30PM – 9:30PM on midweek home games
Supports the ground staff with pre-match and in-game pitch preparations, including setting up goals, distributing match balls for the multi-ball system, and repairing divots at half-time and full-time. Ensures the playing surface and equipment are match-ready and maintained throughout the event.
