In order to reduce the queues and waiting time in the Club Shop/Ticket Office, we strongly urge supporters to buy their season tickets online, however, if you are unable to buy your season ticket online, you can pop into the Club Shop/Ticket Office between 11-2 Mon-Fri, or call 01252 320211.
With the earlybird period now over, all seats are unreserved and can be purchased by any supporter.
The club have now partnered with ticketing and fan engagement platform Fanbase, who will provide supporters with a brand-new and streamlined, digital experience.

HOW TO RENEW
There are just five very easy steps to renew your season ticket for the 24/25 season!
- Follow this link and click ‘renew’, you will then be asked to log in or sign up to Fanbase
- If you haven’t got a Fanbase account, complete the signup process and verify your email
- Click ‘renew’ and select the tickets you wish to renew
- Click ‘edit’ if you would like to amend the ticket holder name, date of birth or ticket type
- Complete your purchase and view your tickets in your Fanbase wallet and/or add to your device
HOW TO PURCHASE A NEW SEASON TICKET

- Select the seats/terrace and ticket types that you wish to purchase and follow the steps
- ‘Sign up’ to Fanbase or ‘log in’ to your Fanbase account
- If required, select ‘edit’ to amend ticket holder details
- Complete your purchase and view your tickets in your Fanbase wallet and/or add to your device
24/25 SEASON TICKETS
Your support at the EBB Stadium during the 23/24 season was incredible and we’re already excited to see you back in the stands and terraces for our first home game of next season.
Despite the earlybird period ending, season tickets continue to represent the cheapest way of supporting the Shots: Adults can guarantee their place at every home league game of the 24/25 season for just £14.78 per game, concessions will pay just £13.70 per game and juniors will pay just £4.57 per game.
We have made a considerable effort to reduce the effect of the current rise in costs across the country to our supporters, but after considerably reducing the price of our adult season tickets last season, we have had to slightly increase some of our prices this season.
The club has faced further increases in operational costs and with all ticket revenue subject to a 20% VAT deduction, we hope that our fantastic supporters can understand the difficult decisions that have had to be made.
We remain committed to encouraging our young Shots to visit the EBB Stadium and have frozen the prices of our Junior (17 and under) tickets for a second year running and will continue to offer FREE tickets to Under 11s!
All Under 11s will need to be registered as a season ticket holder to gain entry to the ground, but we’re delighted to continue to provide FREE tickets for the youngest Shots!

All current season ticket holder seats will stay reserved to be renewed by their current occupiers until Wednesday, 31st May, when all seats not already purchased will be available for general sale.
All concession brackets remain the same as the previous season with Military Personnel, supporters aged over 66, supporters with a disability and supporters aged 18-20 all eligible to receive a concession discount.
Supporters aged 11-17 receive a further discount and children under 11 are FREE with a paying adult.
24/25 HOSPITALITY SEASON TICKETS
We’re also able to confirm our Hospitality prices for the 2024/25 season.
Our Hospitality members will receive a parking space at every home game and a guaranteed Directors Box seat to watch the games in that added bit of comfort!
Members of the EBB Lounge will receive a three-course, sit-down meal at every home league game of the 24/25 season alongside the above benefits.
Members of the ELM Centurions Lounge will have access to a one-course buffet meal and the ELM Centurions Bar alongside a parking space and seat in the Director’s Box.
Season tickets for Director’s Box seats only are also available for those wanting to watch our home league games in the most comfortable way. These also entitle you to a parking space but do not entitle you to access to our lounges.
As with our regular season tickets, buying a season ticket for hospitality will make you a fantastic saving over buying for each match, the price table below shows how much you’ll be saving per game with a hospitality season ticket!
