Number of Vacancies at the Club

We currently have a number of vacancies available across the club as we head into the brand new 2019/20 season. Below you can find a list of roles to apply for and join the team here at the EBB Stadium.

Club Vacancies:
First Team Kit Manager –
If you’re interested in assisting Danny Searle and his first team squad with management of their kit and assistance at training and on matchdays, please email admin@theshots.co.uk with the email titled ‘Kit Manager Vacancy’ for further information and a detailed job specification or call 01252 320211.

Matchday Videographer: We’re looking for a voluntary Matchday Videographer to join our matchday media team and film and upload our home matches for the National League, BT Sport and the club from our home matches. You can find a detailed description of the role HERE.

Matchday Stewards: To augment our new group of agency stewards, if you hold or are interested in obtaining an NVQ 2 or 3 in spectator safety. Please email admin@theshots.co.uk with the email titled ‘Matchday Steward Vacancy’ or call 01252 320211.

We also require Groundstaff & Maintenance Volunteers to work as part of our small team in cleaning, painting and repairing the EBB Stadium, throughout the summer or before home matches. Weather permitting, working parties are formed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, from 8.30am – 1pm.

Academy Vacancies:

Academy & Development Centre Coaches: Lead and Assistant Coaches to work with the Club’s Academy at Under 9 to Under 16 age groups – click here for full details.

Academy Sports Science: We are looking for someone to voluntarily help out the Academy in a Sports Science capacity – click here for full details.

Academy Sports Analysts: We are looking for someone to help out the Academy in a voluntary role to help out the Academy in Performance Analysis and Sports Science – click here for full details.

Academy Talent Identification Scouts: We are looking for volunteer Talent Identification Scouts to help out the academy with player identification and recruitment – click here for full details.

Foundation Vacancies:

The Shots Foundation Community Volunteer: We are looking for a range of volunteers to assist in a variety of roles. Responsibilities include assisting in the following areas; administration, Shots Foundation soccer camps, events and activities, First Team matchdays, grant applications and fundraisers. The Shots Foundation Business Placement/Internship: We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support the work of our Foundation Manager on a regular basis and responsibilities can range from assisting with the Foundation’s administration, soccer camps, Foundation events and activities, Matchdays, grant applications and fundraisers.
