Aldershot Town F.C Academy are looking for volunteer Talent I.D Scouts.
The Academy are on the lookout for people who want to recruit for the ATFC Academy.
We’re looking for Volunteer Academy Talent I.D. Scouts for the following areas:
- Hampshire
- Surrey
We want to develop our recruitment department, and in return we can offer you an opportunity to gain academy experience.
We are looking to expand on our existing team of volunteer scouts to help the recruitment department identify the best young players in our target areas. We are forming a team of scouts to help our academy staff identify and recruit the best young players in the area and add to the quality of our academy squads.
Volunteers are requested to have previous experience within football, whether at an amateur or professional club and should be willing to attend designated matches on Saturday or Sunday.
All Academy Scouts will need to have a valid CRB check and go through a training process with the Academy Administrator.
Applicants are required to have some previous experience working with children, preferably football coaching (FA Level 1 Certificate or FA Level 1 Talent I.D).
We ask for volunteers to be available on one of Saturday mornings, Sunday mornings or midweek evenings – but we are flexible to work around peoples availability.
