This year’s ‘Virtual’ Tour of Duty has been arranged for our match against Stockport County on Friday 2nd April 2021 at 3pm at the EBB Stadium.
We are planning to run a home ‘Virtual’ tour of duty via our stream for fans who can’t come to the EBB Stadium due to COVID-19 restrictions. It is paramount that we follow the government guidelines in these difficult times.
For this year’s ‘Virtual’ Tour of Duty, we are aiming for two objectives:
1) Increased streaming numbers
2) Fan engagement
To achieve this, we will target 3000 streaming fans in total (home and away) and give spot prizes for the best fancy dress or decorated front room.
This will aimed to be done and chosen using the specific hashtag #ATFCTOD2021 on our social medias prior to the game, so we encourage those taking part to use this hashtag to show us how you will be supporting the game and therefore taking part in our ‘Virtual’ Tour of Duty.
The winners of our ‘Virtual’ Tour of Duty competition will also be announced in our Shots TV Midweek Extra show the Thursday after, so make sure you tune in to see if you’ve won!
We as a football club, give our full weight of support to the East Bank Facebook page who have organised the event and thanks again to all those who are organising this exciting event.
The theme of the previous Tour of Duties will be continued and we encourage fans to send pictures that will feature in our ‘Shots TV Live’ show ahead of the Stockport County game.
The stream can be bought on our website and via our social media platforms HERE. The ‘Tour of Duty’ will be live on ‘Shots TV Live’ from 1:30pm. You can already purchase your streaming pass for the game, so why not buy it now?
Make sure you check both our official social media channels and the East Bank Facebook page as well for the latest news on this event too!
Whilst none of our fans can be there for the ‘Tour of Duty day and we’re sure you all miss attending matchday, we want you to get behind this as if it was a normal Tour of Duty day and support the team from home!
