TICKET INFO: Sholing (Pre-Season)

Tickets for the Shots pre-season trip to Sholing are only available to buy on the gate with cash and card.

Ticket prices are as follows:

  • ADULT – £5
  • UNDER 19s – FREE

GETTING THERE

The address for the Mortgage Decisions is: Sholing Football Club, The Mortgage Decisions Stadium, Portsmouth Road, Sholing, SO19 9PW

By Car

  • Exit M27 at Junction 8 (marked Soton East, Hamble A3024).
  • Get in right hand land and turn right at the roundabout (left hand lane & turn left if coming from the East).
  • Get into the left hand lane for the B3397 to Hamble.
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Hamble, go past Tescos (get in right hand land, left hand
  • lane is to Tesco’s only).
  • Go straight across roundabout and then straight across the following one.
  • Turn right at the sign marked for Woolston A3025. This takes you onto Portsmouth Road, go past the
  • Plough Pub on your left and after quarter of a mile, turn right into Sholing FC (opposite layby).

Entrance road to the ground is single track. Please drive carefully & slowly and be aware of pedestrians & speed bumps. The tarmac car park on the right-hand side is for match officials & players, with two disabled parking bays near to the turnstile entrance.

Access to the grass car park is through the tarmac car park, then turn left at the bottom into the field. There is no charge for parking here. If the grassed car park is especially wet, hard standing parking is available 200 yards down Portsmouth Road in Ashley Crescent opposite Cubic Storage. Access to the gravel car park is to the right before you reach the disabled bays. Please note there is a £3 charge and spaces are limited, available on a first come first serve basis.

To ensure access for Emergency vehicles, please do not park where traffic cones are or in front of gates.

By Train

Nearest train Station is Sholing – 1.3 miles from the ground (approx. 30-minute walk).

By Bus

First Buses Numbers X4 & X5 stop outside the the ground. For the buses that stop on Botley Road, it’s a quarter of a mile walk to the ground from there.
