As part of the Club and Shots Foundation’s Christmas Initiatives, we are supporting our local foodbank – The Community Grub Hub – this Christmas.
So many families struggle to put food on the table all year round, let alone at Christmas time, so we are organising a food collection before the fixture vs Halifax Town at the EBB Stadium on Saturday 14th December.
There will be a stand in front of the ticket office, outside of the turnstiles, from 1pm. Please ensure that your donations are given BEFORE entering the stadium.
We are asking fans to bring a donation of non-perishable food (cereal, canned food, long live milk etc) or cleaning products; all the products need to be unopened.
We know that many of you will have your own difficulties at this time of year, so anything you can contribute will be gratefully received.
The Community Grub Hub is a food bank located just a short walk from the EBB Stadium, open every Tuesday between 10am-4pm, looking to help reduce food poverty in our community.
