Win With Rushmoor Community Lottery & Help The Shots Foundation

Rushmoor Borough Council’s weekly Rushmoor Community Lottery gives you the chance to win £25,000 while supporting local good causes – and by nominating them as your preferred charity, the Shots Foundation gets 50% of the proceeds every time you buy a ticket!

You can choose which organisation receives 50p from each £1 ticket, with another 10p being distributed to good causes around the Borough. This more than doubles the percentage of funds which goes to good causes compared to the National Lottery, which donates 28% of proceeds.

Each ticket has a 1 in 50 chance of winning a prize in the draw, held every Saturday night, which produces a six-digit winning combination. Prizes will be given to players with tickets that match the first or last 2-6 numbers from the winning combination – and if you match all six numbers you win the jackpot!

The fund will be spent on providing vital support to a wide range of local organisations and community initiatives that will be invited to apply for grants from the fund. Visit the Rushmoor Borough Council website to see details of how the money has been allocated.

The Shots Foundation, launched in July 2017, aims to use the power of sport and the brand of Aldershot Town FC to offer a range of health-related activities to charities, community groups and schools. It has already launched football projects for members of Rushmoor’s Nepalese community, local homeless people, and a Sunday morning coaching session for girls aged 5-11 at St Joseph’s Primary School.
