We’re excited to confirm a new identity for the club from the beginning of the 23/24 season.
Earlier this year we asked you, our fantastic supporters, to vote on proposals for a new Club Crest.
We put forward two proposals: Keep the current blue badge or move to a design that combines elements of both the blue badge and first badge from 1992.
Based on the unanimous votes in favour of adopting the proposed new badge as our official Club Crest – 79.5% of over 1000 votes – we are delighted to confirm that this will be the new identity of Aldershot Town Football Club.
As the Club enters a new decade, following our 30th anniversary season, it will also be the beginning of a new era.
The crest continues to bear the rising phoenix, a symbol synonymous with Aldershot Town, but now follows the same coloured look from our Club’s original crest in 1992.
A blue ring surrounds the phoenix rising from the flames, with the same text as our previous blue badge featured: ‘Aldershot Town FC The Shots’.
