The Aldershot Town Football in the Community Trust are offering all Year 11 students the opportunity of a lifetime this summer – all for just £50!
The four-week National Citizen Service offers a thrilling summer holiday full of adventure activities and social action.
From Monday 25 July until Friday 19 August, you will spend one week at PGL’s fantastic purpose-built, 150-acre Liddington complex, near Swindon, and one week at Reading University, followed by a two-week Social Action Plan of fundraising and voluntary work in the local community.
The National Citizen Service offers young people the chance to try abseiling, archery, zip wires, quad biking, trapezes, climbing, canoeing and lots more healthy lifestyle activities. It is the perfect way to make new friends, give something back to the local community, improve your CV, gain great experiences and earn UCAS recognition for University applications.
Mentored by prominent figures, you will create a social action plan of fundraising and volunteering that is perfect for use in finding a job, furthering your education or preparing for adulthood.
