Our Men’s Mental Health sessions, in partnership with Andy’s Man Club Aldershot and the Shots Foundation, continue tonight.
The sessions take place every Monday at 7pm in the Phoenix Lounge at the EBB Stadium.
The sessions provide a peer-to-peer support group for men and a private place to help break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.
