The year 6 team from South Farnham School had an incredible day on Sunday as they represented Aldershot Town at Wembley Stadium as they took part in the final of the National League Trust u11 Tournament!
The local youngsters had earned the opportunity to represent Aldershot at a regional tournament which they went on to win, before also winning the competition for the south of England, which gave them the right to walk out at the home of English football before Sunday’s Vanarama National League playoff final.
The team unfortunately fell to a 2-1 defeat to the side representing Oldham, however, we’re very proud of their performances and the way in which they represented our club!
