Aldershot Town’s Head of Medical, Russ Clash has confirmed that Jim Kellermann suffered a dislocated shoulder during last night’s Play-Off Eliminator against Ebbsfleet United.
In making a challenge, Jim dislocated his left shoulder, which was stabilised on the pitch. Due to the nature of his injury, Russ and his staff had to provide Kellermann with pain relief before he could be moved and taken to hospital.
Following further examination and an x-ray, Jim’s arm is now in a sling. He is at home and, although immobilised, is in a comfortable condition. He will have further tests in the next few days.
We wish Jim a speedy recovery.
