Aldershot Town’s new Shots Foundation invite applications for the vacancy of Foundation Manager to develop and co-ordinate a successful community engagement programme.
Aiming to raise aspirations and inspire all members of the community, the Foundation will promote active and healthy lifestyles, and allow as many people as possible to play football regardess of age, ability or circumstances.

The Foundation Manager will develop, manage and co-ordinate a fully inclusive, collaborative and successful community engagement programme using the power of the Aldershot Town FC brand. Working with our local community, particularly those that are disadvantaged, the Foundation will help to raise aspirations, improve life chances and provide opportunities for young people and their families to play football and lead healthy, active lifestyles.
A background in sports development or health promotion is essential, along with computer literacy, excellent communication skills and experience of budget management. An FA coaching qualification would be an advantage.
