Congratulations to George Elokobi who won the Shots Trust Player of the Month for February, he was presented his award before last week’s game against Gateshead by match mascot Anthony Eaton-Pearce.
Elokobi only just joined the Shots in February and the ex-Wolves talisman has been an influential character in the Shots defence, playing against Solihull Moors, FC Halifax Town and Braintree Town.
Elsewhere in the National League, Maidenhead United boss Alan Devonshire won Manager of the Month, Eastleigh striker and ex-Shots loanee Paul McCallum won Player of the Month and Dagenham & Redbridge’s mascot chaperone Nikki Wood won the Volunteer of the Month.
