Customer Service technology providers IC Consult will be attending Saturday’s match against York City to research potential new information services which will benefit football fans across the National League.
Supporters’ cooperation would be appreciated as IC Consult ask a few questions on what information fans would like to receive before, during and after matches. Staff will be located inside the turnstiles before kick-off, as well as next to food and drink outlets.
The responses will be used in ongoing research to develop a mobile matchday app for all National League clubs.
