Aldershot Town were saddened to learn of the death of stalwart supporter Dave Fretwell last week.
Harlow-based Dave had supported The Shots, home and away, for over 40 years and was a passionate contributor to the Shotsweb messageboard. Despite illness, he continued to attend as many games as possible in recent seasons.
Our condolences go to his friends and family. Director Brian Bloomfield, who visited Dave at home earlier this year, will represent the Club at his funeral this Friday.
