Terry Brown is a popular figure at The EBB Stadium having been Shots First-Team Manager between 2002-2007 and overseeing promotion to the Conference Premier in his first full season in charge.

Brown’s side reached the playoffs in their first two seasons in the Conference Premier, reaching the playoff final in their first season only to be defeated by Shrewsbury Town but fell earlier the next season when they suffered penalty heartbreak at the hands of Carlisle United.

The 70-year-old also enjoyed success with AFC Wimbledon where he guided them to the Football League for the first time in the phoenix club’s history in 2011, where they remain to this day.

Brown then had spells at Margate and Basingstoke before rejoining The Shots in his current role of Head of Football Operations in 2021.

He made a return to the EBB dugout whilst assisting current First-Team Manager Ross McNeilly in his period as interim Manager.
