Jamie Hedges joined The Shots in June 2023 as Head of Recruitment.
Hedges worked under First-Team Manager Tommy Widdrington at Bristol Rovers when Widdrington was in charge of The Gas’ recruitment and also worked under the Shots boss at Kings Lynn.
Jamie will focus on player and opposition scouting and analysis.
