A UEFA A License Goalkeeper coach, Smalley played professionally at Reading and Yeovil.
Smalley has held similar roles at Hampton and Richmond Borough, Chelsea Women, and within Chelsea’s academy and is Lead Goalkeeper Coach at Asmir Begovic’s Goalkeeper Academy.
