On behalf of the Aldershot Town Supporters Club, a set of FAQs can be found below ahead of the coach travel to West Brom on Sunday.
We’d like to give our huge thanks to those within the Supporters Club and Shots Away Travel Group who have done a fantastic job organising the coaches and ensuring the travel of a vast number of our supporters.
The cost of the coaches has been subsidised by the club and an incredible total of nine coaches have been sold out!
Do I need to know my coach number?
Yes, to make it a smoother operation please make sure you are aware of which coach you are on.
Where will I get the coach from?
The coaches will be leaving from the front of the ground by the turnstiles. When you arrive at the ground you will be behind the green gate. People in high Vis will be calling each coach number – please down a queue in front of them and you will be registered and directed to the right coach
What time are we departing?
We are departing at 09:30 – please note some coaches may vary due to the time it takes to register and board the coaches
Can I eat and drink on the coach?
You can have snack and soft drinks only. NO ALCOHOL is to be taken aboard – anyone who tries will not be permitted access and no refund will be given. Please note this a policy from the coach companies
Will there be a stop?
This very dependant on the coach driver at the time. Due to this being a short journey there is no planned stop
Do I need a physical ticket for the coach?
No, you may be asked for proof, your email from PayPal will be enough.
What time shall I arrive?
Please start arriving from 09:00am
Can I park in the ground?
The ground is not available for parking unless you are a blue badge holder – we will need to see this to allow you access
What happens if I’m running late?
We will not hold or wait for you. Please ensure you are there on time – if you miss the coach no refund will be issued
What happens after the match?
When we arrive, the coach driver will tell us where to meet them. You will have 30-40 minutes to get to your coach and get on it. Coaches will leave once everyone is on and registered
Can I swap coaches?
Unfortunately no, you will be registered to a coach and this will need to be the one you stay on.
