CLUB STATEMENT: Tickets and Earlybird Update

Yesterday, the Club announced that match ticket prices would increase slightly for the 23/24 season.

Following discussions with the Supporters Club, we’ve listened to concerns from supporters and would like to make the following announcement:

Firstly, we’re incredibly grateful for the support which has been shown already with the fantastic season ticket sales we’ve seen during the earlybird period with over 500 already sold.

As mentioned in our season ticket announcement, the Club has been hit with rising costs over the last year.

We know that this has also hit our supporters and were keen to not let this translate to your support of the Club and so we reduced adult season ticket prices, froze junior prices and committed to another season of under 11s receiving free entry.

All season ticket prices are inclusive of VAT, meaning the Club only receives 80% of the listed price as income.

The most any season ticket holder will pay for guaranteed entry to all 23 of our Vanarama National League home games, works out at £13.91-per-game, when purchasing a season ticket after the earlybird period.

This earlybird period was originally planned to end today – Wednesday 31st May – but we will be offering an extension with the new deadline this Friday, 2nd June, at 16:00pm.

This gives supporters an extra two days to make a saving of £21 and secure their entry to all of our league home games for just £13-per-game, at £299 total.

Increasing match ticket prices was not an easy decision to make but was necessary with the increased costs the Club is facing ahead of the coming season.

We understand the frustration with the decision and have looked to make changes to our earlybird period to allow a longer time to be able to purchase tickets at the cheaper price.

Early into last season, we introduced the earlybird scheme which saw supporters able to buy their match tickets at a lower price if they bought them in advance.

This will be continuing into the new season and following feedback from our decision to slightly increase match ticket prices, we can announce that our earlybird reduced price will now be available until midnight before a game.

This means that a £2 saving will be able to be made on all tickets bought up until 00:00am on the day of the game.
