CLUB STATEMENT: Ticket Refunds Due to Tier 4 Restrictions

Following the latest announcement from the Government today that Hampshire is now situated as a Tier 4 area, we regrettably inform supporters that our Boxing Day fixture against Woking FC will now be played behind-closed-doors.

We are asking supporters who wish to request a refund for their tickets to fill in the required form HERE before 12:00 on 4th January 2021, as we will be unable to accommodate any refund requests after this time.

Due to the timing of the announcement and the short amount of time over the festive period to prepare for the new restrictions, we will be working with our third-party ticketing platform which means that refunds may take slightly longer than expected, so please bear with us on this and we appreciate your co-operation with us as we look to help all of those concerned.

Supporters who have used their season ticket credits to purchase tickets will automatically have them reinstated and therefore do not need to fill in the below form or contact the club.

We also ask that only supporters who paid in person or over the phone contact the club at this moment in time as we will be running with reduced staff, with club phone lines only answered in the below times:

(These supporters will have until 15:00 on 7th January 2021 to ask for a refund.)

(Due to new tier 4 restrictions, the Club Shop and Ticket Office will only be open from after Boxing Day for arranged Click and Collects.)
