Following the Club’s recent run of results, Aldershot Town have relieved manager Andy Scott and assistant Terry Bullivant of first-team duties for the remainder of their contracts.
The Club recognise and are grateful for Andy’s contribution to Aldershot Town FC through a very difficult period of relegation and administration, but have now taken this tough decision to safeguard the team’s immediate prospects in the Vanarama Conference.
Until a permanent new manager can be appointed, Club Captain Chris Barker will take charge of the first-team, assisted by coach Matt Gray.
The Club hope that supporters will give their full backing to Chris, and will be unified behind a new manager in building a successful future for Aldershot Town.
