We have revised our club shop operating hours and will continue our collect service ahead of the impending national lockdown.
From Thursday 5 November, we will not be permitted to open the shop until restrictions are lifted. To compensate for this, supporters will be able to collect online orders from the club shop Monday-Friday between 9.30am-4.30pm with extra precautions in place. Staff will also have access to emails and phone lines will still be answered during these hours.
To complete a click and collect order, shop online and select ‘Collect @ EBB Stadium’, rather than postage, at checkout. We will then contact you to arrange a collection slot or you can contact us on admin@theshots.co.uk to arrange a slot. We aim to have all items ready for collection or dispatched within 24 hours on a working days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Please consider the following before visiting the shop to use our click-and-collect service:
You will be asked to wait in the entrance of the shop.
In line with government guidance, you’ll be required to cover your face.
Social distancing must be maintained.
Please be respectful to our staff.
