Chelsea host Leicester City in a Barclays Under 21 Premier League fixture at the EBB Stadium on Friday looking to extend their unbeaten league run to seven games.
The Blues have won four and drawn two of their last six matches to move within touching distance of the top three in the table.
The Foxes themselves are also in good form, with three consecutive victories including wins against Manchester City and second-placed Sunderland. Read the thoughts of Foxes left-back Ben Chilwell – one of City’s brightest emerging stars who has recently broken into the first-team – here.
Leicester City beat Southampton 2-1 on Monday night at the King Power Stadium, and have recently included first-team squad members such as Gökhan Inler, Leonardo Ulloa, Liam Moore, Demarai Gray and Daniel Amartey in their Under 21 side.
Admission is £3 for adults and £1 for concessions, with season ticket holders admitted free. Kick-off is at 7.05pm.
The next Chelsea Academy fixture at the EBB Stadium is Friday 29 April, when The Blues host Liverpool in an Under 18 Premier League elite round play-off tie.
