Chelsea Academy will end their season at the EBB Stadium with a Barclays Under 21 Premier League home fixture against Everton on Monday 2 May at 12.05pm.
The Blues remain in the hunt for a top three finish – a position currently held by The Toffees – to cap a superb season which has seen the Academy also win the UEFA Youth League, finish top of the Barclays Under 18 Premier League southern group and reach the FA Youth Cup Final. Admission is £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
Before that, Chelsea host Liverpool in a Barclays Under 18 Premier League Elite Round Play-Off game at the EBB Stadium on Friday 29 April. Kick-off is 7.05pm, with admission free for all supporters.
