Starting from small beginnings in the 2022/2023 season, our girls academy has grown year on year. Competing in the Junior Premier League and Hampshire County Cup, we have moved from running one side to three teams at under 15s, under 16s and under 18s for the start of the 2024/2025 season.
The 2024/2025 season also marked a big notable achievement for the girls academy with our under 18s reaching the Hampshire County Cup final and finishing runners-up in the competition. This was the first time one of our age groups has reached a competition final, following to previous quarter final appearances for our under 15s age groups in the Hampshire County Cup (2025) and JPL Trophy (2023).
From the 2025/2026 season we are expanding even further with the addition of not only an under 13s side, but also a Senior Women’s Team. This marks a powerful new chapter for our girls pathway as we expand across more age groups, strengthening our coaching programme, and opening up more opportunities than ever for serious, committed players to be part of something special.
One of the most exciting parts of our growth is the clear and connected pathway we’re creating — from early development right through to our senior women’s team. Players now have a visible route forward, and they’re supported every step of the way by a team that believes in them and pushes them to be better every day.
