Aldershot Town FC’s Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting will be held in the EBB Lounge on Monday 23rd March 2020 at 7pm.
All shareholders of the football club will be written to with an Agenda of the night, Proxy form and a Notification letter too.
Accounts will only be sent to Shareholders who formally request this prior to the AGM meeting date.
Paperwork for the meeting has been sent directly to shareholders.
Any shareholders unable to attend can complete a proxy form for a representative to attend and vote on any proposals at the meeting.
However, these have to be submitted to Club Secretary Bob Green, (bob.green@theshots.co.uk), by Monday 16 March 2020.
Copies of the Club’s annual accounts will be available on the night for shareholders, but any shareholders who wish to view a copy in advance should contact the Club directly.
