‘Dowse’ joined the Shots during the 25/26 pre-season campaign as a First-Team Coach.
His playing career saw him make over 50 Football League appearances for the likes of Millwall, Fulham, Bradford and Darlington, before spells with Slough, Gateshead and Walton & Hersham.
After retiring, Dowson had successful spells in charge of Walton & Hersham, Kingstonian, Hampton & Richmond and Woking as a Manager and brings a wealth of experience to the Shots coaching staff.
