We’re excited to confirm the signing of Ryan Hill!
The midfielder joins on a two-year deal after leaving Dagenham & Redbridge following the expiration of his contract.
The 27-year-old will be no stranger to the EBB Stadium, having made over 150 National League appearances during spells with the Daggers and Eastleigh.
Hill scored in the Shots’ 3-3 draw away to Dagenham & Redbridge in the final game of the 23/24 season in front of his new boss, Tommy Widdrington, which added to his tally of 21 National League goals.

Tommy Widdrington said: “Ryan is a player I’ve admired from afar for some time. His energy, enthusiasm and attacking threat has always caught my eye.”
“His attacking ability is always impressive whilst his work ethic, I’m sure, will impress the Shots faithful.
Having met and talked about our ambition for the coming season, I was delighted Ryan chose us over plenty of other suitors at our level.”
“I’m sure the Shots will all welcome him to The EBB Stadium with open arms.”
Head of Recruitment, Jamie Hedges, added: “Ryan was the first Zoom call me and the Gaffer had this summer. He was a key target for us so we’re delighted he’s turned down multiple other National League clubs to come to us as he’s bought in to what we presented to him.”
“He’s an energetic player and will run all day, but also has quality to hurt opposition. He’s a proven player at this level who is coming into his prime years and one we feel again; in our setup, can go up a gear.”
Ryan’s home, away and third shirts are available to sponsor for the 25/26 season! Contact our Commercial Manager, Mark Butler, at mark.butler@theshots.co.uk for more information
