In order to purchase or renew your season ticket, simply follow the easy steps outlined at the bottom of the page.
To help reduce the queues and waiting time in the Club Shop/Ticket Office, we strongly urge supporters to buy their season tickets online, however, if you are unable to buy your season ticket online, you can pop into the Club Shop/Ticket Office between 11-2 Mon-Fri. We anticipate that the shop will be incredibly busy, and therefore we will not be taking bookings for season tickets over the phone until further notice.
Please be patient with our staff whilst they work through what will likely be an initially busy period.
All current season ticket holders with seats will have their seats reserved until 5pm on Tuesday, 1st July, on the same day that the earlybird pricing will end.
25/26 TICKET PRICES
The Club has had to make the difficult decision to increase season ticket prices and match prices for the forthcoming season as it faces increasing financial pressure with rising costs across the board.
In his Programme notes before our final game of the 24/25 season, Director, Deane Wood, outlined a number of the challenges facing the club off the pitch as stadium maintenance, energy bills, security costs and employers’ National Insurance contributions amongst others are all set to increase.
The employers’ National Insurance contributions alone will add around £40,000 on the Club’s annual costs, putting further strain on an already stretched budget. The Club has been operating at an annual loss of between £300,000 to £400,000 for some time and Club Chairman, Shahid Azeem, and Directors, Deane Wood and John Leppard, have personally injected capital to cover the shortfall.
Therefore, the Club must start the process of realigning its income and expenditure and this requires some tough, but necessary decisions to be made starting an increase in season ticket prices and matchday prices for the season ahead. It is important to remember that all ticket revenue is subject to a 20% VAT deduction.
Buying a season ticket still remains the cheapest way to follow the Shots, however, and an earlybird adult ticket will cost £16.30 per game, providing a saving of £8.70 from the 25/26 matchday price.
The Club will also be realigning some of its pricing brackets. the ‘Young Person’ concessionary price will now include the ages of 16-20 as our ‘Junior’ bracket will be eligible to 11-15 year-olds.
Whilst we have had to make these difficult decisions, the Club remains committed to securing our future Shots, and Under 11s will remain FREE when with a paying adult. All Under 11s will need to be registered as a season ticket holder to gain entry to the ground, but we’re delighted to continue to provide FREE tickets for the youngest Shots!
We are now also delighted to be extending our Military Personnel concessionary pricing to Veterans – please ensure you have suitable ID when purchasing tickets and entering the ground.
We are also introducing a family ticket that will enable two ‘Adults’ and three ‘Juniors’ entry to games for just £48 during the earlybird window.
An earlybird window will be in place for season tickets until Tuesday, 1st July, enabling supporters time to purchase season tickets at the cheapest price point with two payday windows. At 5pm on that day, season tickets will increase in price.
We are also extending our earlybird window for match pricing and the earlybird window will now end at 10am on the day of a Saturday game and 3pm on a Tuesday night game.

All current season ticket holder seats will stay reserved to be renewed by their current occupiers until Tuesday, 1st July, when all seats not already purchased will be available for general sale.
There has been a change to one branch of our concessionary brackets. Military Personnel, Seniors (over 66) and Disabled supporters will be staying the same, however, our Young Person bracket will now include the ages of 16-20. Our Junior bracket will now be for all those aged between 11-15 and all under 11s will remain FREE with a paying adult.
25/26 HOSPITALITY SEASON TICKETS
We’re also able to confirm our Hospitality prices for the 2025/26 season. Ahead of the new season there are some changes being made to our hospitality packages to be aware of.
As mentioned above with our season tickets, the Club has had to look at how it manages its revenue and expenditure with increased financial pressure. Whilst some prices have had to increase, we are pleased to have been able to have kept some of our pricing the same and still offer fantastic savings with our Hospitality Season Tickets to walk-in pricing.
We are now offering parking as an additional charge of £100 for the season for hospitality season ticket holders and a charge of £5.50 per game for walk-ins.
Our EBB Lounge hospitality will not be increasing in price but will now offer a two-course sit down meal, as opposed to the three-course meal offered previously.
Members of the EBB Lounge will receive a two-course, sit-down meal at every home league game of the 25/26 season and will be able to enjoy our matches from a seat in our leather-padded Director’s Box with an exclusive complimentary programme and teamsheet. They will also have exclusive access to the EBB Lounge bar and teas, coffees and biscuits at half-time.
Members of the ELM Centurions Lounge will have access to a one-course buffet meal and exclusive access to the ELM Centurions Bar alongside a leather-padded seat in the Director’s Box. They will also receive an exclusive complimentary programme and teamsheet.
Season tickets for Director’s Box seats only are also available for those wanting to watch our home league games in the most comfortable way. Please note that this only enables you to a seat in our Director’s Box and none of the added benefits of our hospitality lounges.
As with our regular season tickets, buying a season ticket for hospitality will make you a fantastic saving over buying for each match, the price table below shows how much you’ll be saving per game with a hospitality season ticket!

- Follow this link and click ‘renew’, you will then be asked to log in or sign up to Fanbase
- If you haven’t got a Fanbase account, complete the signup process and verify your email
- Click ‘renew’ and select the tickets you wish to renew
- Click ‘edit’ if you would like to amend the ticket holder name, date of birth or ticket type
- Complete your purchase and view your tickets in your Fanbase wallet and/or add to your device
