Matchball Sponsor – Richard Petty: Richard (pictured above) will be very well-known to most people around the Club, having been a supporter since 1994 and becoming Supporters Club Chairman and Football Club Director in 2008. Although subsequently stepping down from the Supporters Club, Richard remained an Associate Director of the club with responsibility for the stadium and Health and Safety until January of 2015, when he stepped down due to other commitments.
Richard is passionate about the Shots and with no longer having the match day responsibilities his previous role required he is now able to once again enjoy watching the games in full along with the matchday socialising and excellent hospitality, as a member of the EBB Lounge. Richard is hosting a group of his family and friends in the Lounge on Saturday, to celebrate his birthday, and is hoping for the best possible birthday present – three points to the Shots.
