Ticketing For 2019/20 Season

The club has made slight alterations to how we distribute tickets on a matchday for the 2019/20 season with a trial on seat purchases now going electronic, with a discount for anyone who makes an early purchase on all tickets. We would also like to reiterate that prices remain frozen at their current price structure which you can find HERE.

However as a trial we will now stop handling cash on the turnstiles for seated tickets from the Bromley game on the 13th August and for the following two home games , this is to see if it improves the match day experience of those using seated tickets.

Supporters who now wish to purchase a seat on the day of the match must purchase their’s in the Club Shop, however they will be allocated a seat on a ‘best available’ basis. During the summer the Club Shop has undergone some renovation work which has been designed to speed up this process.

To encourage pre-sales the club will be trialling a 10% discount for supporters who purchase their tickets early. This is for all tickets and will be trialled for the first three home games of the season when we host AFC Fylde (3rd Aug), Bromley (13th Aug) and FC Halifax Town (17th Aug). The deadline for the 10% discount will be at Midnight on a Wednesday for Saturday 3PM fixtures and Midnight on a Monday for Tuesday 7:45PM fixtures, after this deadline tickets will revert back to their normal price.

Tickets can be pre-booked using our Online Ticketing System, visiting the ticket office or by calling the club on 01252 320211.

We hope this trial period will help the club in its match day preparations and will improve the overall experience of supporters visiting the EBB stadium.

The overall intention is to speed up and simplify all processes, both for the supporters and for the club. We are planning to trial the games above, ‘iron out any snags’ that may arise, and then let the new system become permanent.

The more tickets we sell in advance the easier it becomes to plan matchday resources, that makes us more efficient, keeps our costs down and as a consequence will keep our ticket prices down – a win win!

For unsegregated games we will also be trailing hosting away supporters in the Community Stand, for these games community tickets will be distributed for different parts of the stadium. The club will not be operating an ‘Early Turnstile’ for the 2019/20 season and all turnstiles will now open at 1:30PM.

Both trials will help the club manage its stewarding costs more effectively.

Tickets for our first three games of the season against AFC Fylde are now on sale and you can buy them HERE.
