The Shots are on the road again, this time Tommy Widdrington’s Shots take a trip up north to take on York at the LNER Community Stadium

Here is everything for Shots fans to know ahead of the game…

ABOUT THE GROUND

The LNER Community Stadium was opened in 2021, and holds 8,500. The stadium is home to York City and the York RLFC Knights. Shots fans will be in the North Stand of the LNER Community Stadium.

TICKETS

Tickets for Shots fans are available HERE and are priced as follows:

  • Adults – £22.00
  • Concessions (Over 60s) – £17.00
  • Students (with Valid ID card) – £10.00
  • Age 14-18 – £10.00
  • Age 8-13* – £7
  • Age 2-7* – FREE (must be claimed through ticket office)
  • Carers** – FREE (must be claimed through ticket office)

*Must be accompanied by a paying adult.  ** Free ticket offered to carers accompanying ticket holders with a disability.

A Car Parking Pass can be purchased for £5 and you can click HERE to do so.

Supporters can also call the ticket office on 01904 950950 during the following hours if they wish not to purchase online:

  • Mondays: 10am-5pm
  • Tuesdays* & Wednesdays: 10am-6.30pm
  • Thursdays and Fridays: 10am-5pm
  • Saturdays* & Sundays: 10am-2pm

*Non-matchdays.

DIRECTIONS

York City encourage fans to use public transport, walk or cycle to the ground, as parking is limited. The LNER Community Stadium is located in the North East of the City of York, adjacent to the Monks Cross and Vangarde Shopping Centres. If you are travelling by car, please use the directions provided below or postcode YO32 9AE in your satnav.

PUBS

There are a number of food outlets in the York City complex, however fans looking to drink prior to the game may be better to head into York ctiy centre and get the short bus ride from there into York City’s LNER Community Stadium.
