If you are travelling by train, the closest station is Prittlewell on the Greater Anglia Service, the station is located arond five minutes walk from the ground and trains can be taken from London Liverpool Street. The hosts website says once you exit the station, walk up the hill, turn right, and keep going until you see a crossroads with traffic lights. Pass the fish and chip shop named “Fish House”, cross at the lights and the ground will be tucked away on the left.
Other stations in Southend are Southend Victoria, Southend Central and Southend East.

The pubs located near the ground will only accept home fans. There is a pub named The Bell – a Toby Carvery – which is the closest to the ground. There are also a number of licensed premises near the sea front which Shots fans may be welcome in.
We look forward to seeing as many Shots as we can at Roots Hall, and thank you for your continued support of the Shots!
