We’d like to apologise for the delay in getting tickets for our upcoming games on sale – due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to change ticket provider.
We are now partnered with Kaizen Ticketing, who are the ticketing partner of a number of Football League and National League teams.
Supporters will now need to create new accounts in order to purchase tickets online. We apologise for this inconvenience, but ensure supporters that whilst everything was done to try and avoid any inconvenience, matters out of our control led to this situation.
Our next two home games will operate with unreserved seating for tickets bought under general sale.
Season ticket holders will still have their seats reserved and these will be clearly marked, in order to ensure those with unreserved seating do not sit in these seats.
We therefore ask all those buying unreserved seating to ensure they are aware of the seats marked as Season Ticket Holders’ and do not sit in these seats.
We’d like to thank Kaizen Ticketing for their help and support to ensure the change was made quickly and efficiently and look forward to working with them.
Kaizen Ticketing Director David Lynam said “The Kaizen team are delighted to be partnering with Aldershot Town. There is a real feel good factor around the club at the moment and it’s a great time to be involved.”
“We’re looking forward to working with everyone at the club and helping them to be successful in realising their ambitions.”
