The Duke of York Pub
A welcoming and friendly community pub with a public bar, saloon bar and small dining area. The pub prides itself on its home made food and has food night promotions midweek. The garden isn’t big but makes a nice sun trap on a good day. The pub hosts a quiz on Tuesday nights and frequently runs promotions on its drinks. The two regular beers are usually accompanied by a seasonal beer (two in winter) picked from the Enterprise list giving them access to a wide variety of breweries. There is an interesting history of pub and Simonds Brewery (Followed by Courage and successors) on display.
