Shots Sign Rance

Aldershot Town have signed former Ebbsfleet United midfielder Dean Rance. He made 240 appearances for his former club and the 27-year old was Fleet’s longest serving player.

The former Gillingham youngster also played for Dover Athletic before joining Ebbsfleet six years ago, establishing himself as a regular in the Fleet squad. He also spent time out on loan at Maidstone United and Bishop’s Stortford whilst at the Gills.

Rance is well known to Shots fans for scoring the winning spot kick which knocked Aldershot out of the National League Play-Offs in 2018.

He spent six seasons at Ebbsfleet winning promotion from the National League South and playing in a National League Play-Off campaign and we’re excited to have him on board at the club.
