Last Friday, Aldershot Town captain Karleigh Osborne opened William Cobbett School’s brand new 3G Pitch in Farnham.
He was joined by pupils and teachers of the school as they were the first to step out onto the school’s brand new hallowed turf.
The pitch is part of an FA trial scheme and is one of only seven in the country. The school raised £12,000 to contribute toward the £120,000 for its cost.
It is being used by the school for all their activities and is also available to rent to the wider community.
