Shots Host Street Snooker

Aldershot Town’s Football in the Community Trust host a Family Day and welcome a Team GB Olympian to the Peter Driver Sports Ground in Church Crookham on Thursday afternoon, 23 July.

From midday to 2pm, Team GB’s London 2012 Handball captain, Bobby White, and FITC coaches will provide expert tuition in Street Snooker – the exciting game of kicking or throwing a ball against a giant snooker table to build the biggest break that you can – with prizes including VIP tickets to Wembley Stadium!

FITC coaches will also provide free football coaching on the five-a-side pitch, with free refreshments courtesy of Church Crookham Parish Council at the ground on Bourley Road.

Competing against other players from 30 locations around the country, the day’s top scores in the 60-Second Street Snooker Challenge will be entered into a National Final to win great prizes.
