Winger Jordan Roberts has been included in the England C squad to face Turkey B in the International Challenge Trophy Group A qualifier in Istanbul on Tuesday 14 October.
Roberts, who was also called-up to manager Paul Fairclough’s training camp over the weekend of 20-22 September at St George’s Park, will travel to Heathrow after The Shots’ match against Bristol Rovers on Saturday 11 October.
The squad will travel to Istanbul on the Sunday and return on Wednesday 15 October. Kick-off at the new £48 million, 17,800-capacity Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadium – opened in July 2014 – is 4pm local time.
