Aldershot Town have confirmed ticket details for three pre-season friendlies during July.
The Shots host League One Oxford United at the EBB Stadium on Tuesday 17 July at 7.45pm, with admission priced at £10 for adults, £5 for concessions and £3 for Under 11s. Further details of opportunities for online booking for this match will be announced as soon as possible.
Prior to that, Gary Waddock’s squad face Nikki Bull’s Leatherhead on Saturday 14 July at 3pm. Admission at Fetcham Grove is priced £8 for adults, £6 for concessions and £3 for children.
Finally, on Saturday 21 July, The Shots face Wealdstone at Grosvenor Value, postcode HA4 6JQ. Tickets cost £8 for adults, £4 for concessions (65+ and students with valid ID) and just £2 for Under 18s.
Wealdstone finished 11th in National League South in 2017-18. Their squad includes former Shots players Glenn Wilson, Sam Hatton and Bradley Bubb.
Karl Robinson’s U’s finished 16th in SkyBet League One in 2017-18, their second season in the third tier of English football after winning promotion from League Two in 2015-16. Former Shots striker Chris Allen, who made nine appearances for the Club at the end of the 2001-02 season, is part of Robinson’s coaching staff.
Bostick Premier Division side Leatherhead appointed Shots legend Bull as Player-Manager on 11 May, to succeed Sammy Moore following his move to Concord Rangers. Last season, The Tanners finished sixth, narrowly missing out on the Play-Offs on goal difference, and also enjoyed an impressive FA Cup run, including victory against Billericay Town on their way to a second round tie against Wycombe Wanderers. Bull’s new squad may feature another two former Shot players, in defenders Tom Richards and Will Salmon.
