Patrick Ryan (Professional Development Coach, U17-U23): A UEFA A Licence coach, Patrick also holds the FA Youth Award, a BSc (Hons) in Sports Development & Coaching Science from Bournemouth University, and a Masters In Coaching degree from Amsterdam’s Johan Cruyff Institute. He previously spent three years at Queen’s Park Rangers, and was part of the coaching team which reached the Premier League U21 Professional Development League Final.

Katie Dorsett (Head of Youth Medical): Katie has recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation from Middlesex University, having spent the 2016-17 season on placement with the ATFC Academy. Previously she has completed placements with Farnham Knights American Football Club and Farnham Rugby Club, as well as working as a pitchside assistant for Oxfordshire Rugby Club’s U16 side. She is also qualified in personal training and pitchside first aid.

Sam Thompson (Sports Science): Sam is our First team and Academy sports scientist, he possesses a BSc in Applied Sport & Exercise Science from Winchester University and an MSc in Applied Sport & Exercise Physiology from St Mary’s University London. Sam is responsible for monitoring training load and match day physical performance through various methods of technology. He then subsequently provides feedback to coaches, medical staff and players. Sam also provides strength and conditioning support to both squads so players can maintain a peak physical condition.
