We are delighted to announce that Dagenham & Redbridge forward Scott Wilson has signed for the club on an initial short-term loan!
Wilson, who is a forward by trade, will be looking to build on his previous and current Vanarama National League experience, having graduated originally from Championship side Bristol City’s academy back in 2010 alongside the likes of Joe Bryan and Bobby Reid.
After spells with Gloucester City and Bath City early in his career, Wilson joins having spent the last five seasons at either League Two or Vanarama National League level.
The 29 year-old joins having played most recently for fellow Vanarama National League side Dagenham & Redbridge, following successful goal-scoring spells at Southern Premier (Paulton Rovers), Vanarama National League South (Weston-super-Mare), Vanarama National League and League Two level (Macclesfield Town).
The Bristol-born forward now joins The Shots, looking to try and replicate the form that saw him score double-figures for Paulton Rovers, Weston-super Mare and Macclesfield Town, (having also achieved promotion from the Vanarama National League with Macclesfield Town in 2017-18), and will wear the number 17 shirt during his time with the club.
