We are delighted to announce that defender Brad Webb has signed for the club!
Webb, who is a defender by trade, will be looking to build on his previous playing experience in both the higher tiers and lower tiers of English football, having graduated from Championship side Bristol City’s academy back in 2019.
The young defender joins having spent time on loan with the likes of Taunton Town and Yate Town over the course of the 2019-20 season.
Webb spent the majority of last season on loan with a number of English sides too, gaining invaluable first-team experience with Vanarama National League South side Hungerford Town and also League Two side Newport County.
It was during his time with the Exiles that saw Webb make his professional debut as he was selected to start in Newport’s EFL Trophy fixture against Norwich City u21s in October 2020.
The now 20 year-old has also spent time on loan with most recently Vanarama National League South side Gloucester City too, before parting ways with Bristol City, allowing him to join us at The Shots ahead of today’s Vanarama National League fixture against Altrincham FC, with tickets available HERE.
