We are delighted to announce that Carlisle United forward Gime Toure has signed for the club on loan!
The versatile forward started out at Ligue 1 side Brest II, before a series of moves in France saw the 27 year-old move on to England with the likes of Macclesfield Town, AFC Fylde, Sutton United, Hartlepool United and most recently Carlisle United.
During his time with Pools, he finished the 2019–20 season as top scorer for them with 13 goals in all competitions and joins Aldershot Town to look to replicate this kind of form again in the Vanarama National League.
Touré scored on his debut against Fleetwood Town for Carlisle United in the EFL Trophy, before going on to make 43 appearances for the League Two side, as he looks to offer more attacking options to Mark Molesley’s side starting from this weekend.
The new signing will look to be involved in our upcoming game at home against Bromley in the Vanarama National League, with tickets available HERE.
Welcome to Aldershot Town Gime!
