Aldershot Town are delighted to announce that Toby Edser has committed to the Shots for the 20/21 season!
The central midfielder, who played youth football at Charlton Athletic, came through Nottingham
Forest’s academy and signed full professional forms in August 2017.
Having captained the U23 side on a number of occasions, Edser was sent out on loan to Woking, then Port Vale before returning to the Cards for a second loan spell last campaign.
The 21-year-old has been on trial with the club for the last couple of weeks and made a clear impact, contributing to a number of goals and assists, prompting Danny Searle to make the move for him.
Toby said: “I’m really happy, it’s been a bit stressful over the last few months.”
“I’m an attacking midfielder, I like to get in the pockets in the space and score goals as well.”
