We are delighted to announce that AFC Wimbledon forward Corie Andrews has signed for the club on loan until January 2022!
Andrews, who is a forward by trade, is a product of the academy system at Premier League side Crystal Palace, spending 10 years there and earning the Academy Player of the Year in 2014, before being rewarded with a professional contract at the age of 17.
Since then, the 23 year-old has had spells in non-league with a number of clubs including: Margate, Whyteleafe and most recently Kingstonian before moving to League One side AFC Wimbledon.
During his time with the Ks, in July last year he marked his last competitive appearance for the club by scoring a hat-trick in a 3-1 win versus Haringey Borough.
The forward joins The Shots off the back of a campaign where he played a part in AFC Wimbledon’s survival in the third division of English football, (alongside former Aldershot Town player Ethan Chislett), as Andrews looks to reignite his non-league scoring form with us here at The EBB Stadium.
